Elephants trunk
This was not a whole book but something I read in LTL
The elephants trunk can submerge underwater when the elephant is in the water. He uses it as a snorkel. Because the elephants neck is so short he needs it to pick fruits from trees and pick things up from the ground with his trunk. It is also very sensitive. It can smell scents from far away, and it is very strong since it can dig holes in the ground and can fight during mating season. I like learning about animals because they are awesome check out WWF together.com
